Companies you advise
Track the companies you support — their needs, your role, key contacts, documents, and an AI relationship snapshot.
Why companies matter
Companies are the other half of an introduction. When you record the companies you advise — and what each one needs — NetworkOS can match those needs against the people in your network and surface intro opportunities. They're also where you keep everything you know about each relationship in one place.
Adding a company
When you add a company, you can capture:
- What it does — name, website, and a description.
- Stage — where it is in its journey (seed, Series A, and so on).
- Current needs — hiring, customers, fundraising, partnerships, operations — so matches and intros target the right thing.
- Your role — advisor, board member, investor — to clarify the relationship.
- A point of contact — pick an existing contact or add one, so you always know who to reach.
You can update any of this as the company evolves.
Company contacts
Each company shows the people in your network connected to it, with their relationship role (point of contact, employee, investor, and so on). Link or unlink contacts to keep the picture accurate.
Snapshot and AI analysis
A relationship snapshot aggregates your engagement with a company — top contacts, how often you interact, and overall health. You can also run an AI analysis that reads the relationship and returns a short written assessment to help you decide where to focus.
Documents
Attach documents to a company — term sheets, decks, summaries, cap tables — by uploading them with a type and description. They're stored securely and available to download when you need them, and you can remove any document later.
