Notes & tags
Capture notes (including voice notes) on anyone you know, and organize your network with color-coded tags.
Notes
Notes are how you remember the context that isn't in anyone's inbox — what you discussed, what they're looking for, who to keep them away from. Open a contact and add a note from their detail panel.
- Give a note a type — general, meeting, or call — so you can tell at a glance what it captures.
- Notes appear in the contact's activity timeline alongside meetings and emails, newest first.
- You can edit or delete any note you've added.
Voice notes
Just got out of a meeting? Tap the microphone and dictate the note instead of typing. NetworkOS transcribes what you say into the note so you can capture context hands-free while it's fresh.
Tags
Tags are a flexible way to group your network however you think about it — "portfolio", "LPs", "warm intros", "met at summit". Each tag has a name and a color, and an optional description so its meaning stays clear over time.
- Create and edit tags as you go, or manage them all in Settings.
- Apply one or more tags to a contact from their detail panel.
- Filter the contacts list by tag to pull up everyone in a group.
Tagging in bulk
Select multiple contacts on the contacts page and apply — or remove — a tag across all of them at once. This pairs well with a search or import: find or bring in a batch, select them, and tag the whole group in one action.
